2What do you think about decentralized knowledge? Can we define this concept as something different from mentioned in the "question"?
One example of a possible Web3 development would be a social networking model in which the users with the most views would own part of the platform along with the founders, investors and other owners. They would be able to receive a percentage of the platform's profits, as well as make decisions about its further development. That looks like decentralized knowledge.
