Not sure that i have any expertise in the question but:

Nice marketing (+1 both for Polygon and Starbucks)
Like the tendency of Polygon helping web2 companies pivot to web3. As not only Starbucks but also Adidas, Prada and others launched NFTs on Polygon (+1 goes to Polygon)
In case it's another Starbucks's revenue & customer acquisition stream (+1 to Starbucks)
