Will the transition from web 3 to web 2 take as long as web 1 to web 2?

The first thing to do is to determine the point or the moment when the transition to Web3 will take place. According to DappRadar, the number of Web3 users is increasing by hundreds of percent each year (in 2021, the total growth was about 600%). Could that point of Web3 consolidation be the number of users of several billion? Or should the total market capitalization exceed 100 billion annually? I don't have a definitive answer yet, unfortunately.

But I can say with certainty that Web3 and the crypto-industry will not gain a foothold on the market without regulation by governments. The state is an organism that kills everything that goes beyond its existence.
